We are currently looking for: DATA ENTRY OPERATOR – BITEL PORTABILITY WHAT WILL BE MY RESPONSIBILITIES? Validate customers in the Bitel system (data, account holder information, line status). Manage and follow up on pending cases. Coordinate with supervisors regarding incidents or observations. Monitor and record identified observations. Provide basic technical support in operational processes. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS MUST I MEET? Currently pursuing or completed technical or university studies in computing and informatics, administration, engineering, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in portability. Strong verbal communication skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure. Intermediate Excel experience preferred. Availability to begin training and operations immediately. Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (one rotating day off between Saturday and Sunday). WHAT BENEFITS WILL I RECEIVE?
