Cashier / Terminal Operator At **EPICSHOP RETAIL S.A.C.**, we seek responsible, honest, and service-oriented individuals to serve as **Cashier / Terminal Operators**, ensuring efficient customer service and accurate cash handling. Requirements * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Administration, Banking Cashiering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum **6 months** of experience as a cashier, terminal operator, or in similar roles (preferably in retail or supermarket companies). * Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and sales terminals. * Knowledge of issuing electronic payment receipts. * Handling of cash, debit and credit cards, Yape, Plin, and other payment methods. * Experience performing cash opening, counting, and closing procedures. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Availability for full-time employment. * High level of responsibility, honesty, and confidentiality in handling money. * No criminal, police, or judicial records. Main Responsibilities * Perform daily cash opening, operation, and closing. * Accurately collect payments via cash, cards, and digital wallets. * Issue payment receipts in compliance with current regulations. * Verify authenticity of received currency. * Conduct daily cash counts and reconcile income at the end of each shift. * Provide courteous and efficient customer service. * Resolve customer inquiries regarding payments, change, and returns in accordance with company policies. * Report cash discrepancies and incidents to the Store Manager. * Maintain an orderly and secure cash area. * Comply with internal policies and established control procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
