Collections Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in collections and credit, responsible for monitoring collections, managing delinquent portfolios, validating deposits, and generating reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in collections and credit 2. Advanced proficiency in Office and Power BI 3. Technical or university studies in finance or accounting **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Timely follow-up on company collections. * Knowledge of collection techniques and development of efficient collection systems. * Experience in managing private and public delinquent portfolios (desirable). * Validation of deposits into current accounts and withholding accounts. * Weekly issuance of accounts receivable reports. * Proficiency in communication tools through the following channels: phone calls and emails. * Knowledge of formal letter writing. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical and/or university studies in finance, accounting, administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 consecutive years of experience in this role and/or performing similar functions in collections and credit. * Experience working with public entities (mandatory). * Advanced-level Office skills (pivot tables and macros). * Proficiency in Power BI. * Knowledge of accounting platforms, preferably Starsoft or similar. * Competencies: Service orientation, empathy for teamwork, willingness to learn and share knowledge, goal achievement, and analytical ability. **BENEFITS** \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits from the first day of work.\- Internal and external training programs. \- Compensation: Market-competitive **POINTS TO NOTE** \- Position type: Full-time.\- Work modality: 100% on-site. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:45 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:15 pm (non-negotiable) \- Location: One block from Ovalo Higuereta \- Surco \- Lima Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectation. * Please indicate your place of residence. * Please indicate whether you have participated in tender processes (mandatory). * Please indicate whether you have accounting knowledge (mandatory). * Please indicate whether you have customer service experience.
