Brief Position Description We are seeking a **Consulting Manager** with strong strategic experience to lead the design, execution, and delivery of corporate consulting projects. The core objective of this role is to manage relationships with senior-level clients, lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, and ensure profitability, quality, and on-time delivery for each assigned account—while driving organizational improvement solutions and business transformation. * **Position Type:** Full-time. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Location:** Lima, Lima. 2\. Key Responsibilities * **Project Leadership:** Oversee the full project lifecycle for assigned consulting engagements (diagnosis, strategy design, implementation, and closure), ensuring adherence to agreed quality standards. * **Account Management and Client Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for C\-Suite clients (Directors, General Managers, and Vice Presidents), ensuring client retention and loyalty. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of consulting and analyst teams under supervision, promoting their professional development and operational efficiency. * **Profitability Assurance:** Monitor project budgets, time tracking, and targeted profit margins for each corporate account. * **Business Development (Commercial Synergy):** Identify new consulting opportunities within existing clients and collaborate with the commercial team to structure complex technical and financial proposals. * **KPI Management:** Periodically report project progress, client satisfaction, and team utilization to the firm’s General Management. 3\. Candidate Profile Requirements * **Education:** Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or related fields. * **Postgraduate Studies:** Completed Master’s degree (MBA) or specialization in Business Consulting, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Strategic Management. * **Work Experience:** Minimum verifiable experience of 5–8 years in consulting firms, including at least 3 years simultaneously leading complex projects and senior consulting teams. * **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Project Management certification. * Advanced proficiency in agile methodologies, process redesign, or outplacement and career transition programs. * Proficiency in data visualization and project management tools. * **Languages:** Advanced command of English (spoken and written), essential for applying global methodologies and serving multinational accounts. * **Core Competencies:** Strong negotiation skills, strategic communication and influence, business acumen, resilience in complex environments, and ethical leadership.
