Job Summary: We are seeking a technology leader responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness and continuous improvement of IT services, serving as the liaison between technical operations and client strategy. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) IT COORDINATOR (Service Manager) About the Role: We are seeking a technology leader responsible for guaranteeing the operability, continuity, and continuous improvement of IT services. You will serve as the primary liaison between technical operations and client strategy, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Alternatively, a Technical Degree with extensive, proven experience in management. Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of general IT experience, including at least 2 years in coordination, Help Desk supervision, or infrastructure management roles. Essential Technical Knowledge: ERP management and administration (Experience with Exactus ERP is a strong differentiator; SAP Business One is acceptable as an alternative). Database administration (SQL Server) and script execution. Solid knowledge of infrastructure, corporate networks, and information security. Administration of Microsoft 365 environments and Active Directory. Management Knowledge: Proficiency in IT service frameworks (ITIL certification or solid working knowledge). Experience managing technology vendors and inventory control. Competencies: Leadership of technical teams, strong problem-solving ability, assertive communication, and results orientation. Conditions: Work Mode: IN-PERSON \- SANTIAGO DE SURCO Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
