Position Summary: Leads the strategy and operations of the enterprise applications portfolio, driving digital transformation and continuous improvement of solutions with a strong focus on automation and governance. Key Highlights: 1. Define and execute the enterprise applications portfolio strategy 2. Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions 3. Lead the Automation Center of Excellence Define and execute the corporate enterprise applications portfolio strategy, aligned with business objectives and digital transformation. Ensure operation, continuity, and availability of critical applications, guaranteeing SLA compliance. Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, prioritizing requirements, developments, automations, and projects based on business value. Manage the area's OPEX and CAPEX budget, optimizing licensing, support, and external service costs. Lead the Automation Center of Excellence, driving RPA, low\-code, and efficiency- and ROI-oriented automations. Lead the team and ensure application governance, managing people development, documentation, security, compliance, and corporate standards. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience leading ERP/transformation projects and managing enterprise application operations. Experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations, budget management (CAPEX/OPEX), and regional operations. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP BTP, ITIL v3/v4 Knowledge of Low Code/No Code tools and Jira. Project management using traditional and agile methodologies (PMI, Prince, Scrum, Kanban).
