Position Summary: We are seeking a Cost Controller with experience in the American market to manage and report project costs, ensuring financial and operational control. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end cost and budget management in QBO 2. Experience with companies operating in the U.S. 3. Generation of critical reports for finance and production Premier Group, a U.S.-based company specializing in roofing with over 15 years in the industry, is seeking a Cost Controller. Responsibilities: * Enter budgets into QBO. * Authorize and execute costs. * Record cost accounting entries in QBO. * Manage subcontracts and purchase orders. * Validate proper allocation of hours per project. * Generate reports on: WIP, Budget vs. Actual for projects, critical costs and variances, and promptly inform Finance and Production. Requirements: * Experience with QBO (preferred) * Experience with companies operating in the U.S. * More than 5 years of experience in controlling/finance. * Experience in construction. * INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED ENGLISH.
