Work closely with field and remote teams, including US stakeholders **About the Role** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive **Cost Controller Analyst** to support real\-time cost control for construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous budget visibility and flagging deviations before they impact project profitability. This role works closely with field and remote teams, including stakeholders in the United States. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage project budgets and continuously track budget vs. actuals across all active projects * Review and record project expenses as they occur, alerting the team to any unbudgeted purchases * Register and validate project costs with accuracy and timeliness * Track purchase orders and subcontractor costs in coordination with the construction team * Support payroll cost tracking by project in coordination with the HR/Finance team * Generate financial reports and identify deviation risks * Work alongside field teams to review daily expenses reported through project channels (WhatsApp, email, etc.) and ensure proper categorization in QuickBooks **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Accounting** (required — no other majors will be considered) * **Active CPA license / professional certification** (colegiado) is required * 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or cost control * Experience in the construction industry is a strong plus * Experience working with U.S.\-based companies or in U.S. construction environments * Proficiency in **QuickBooks** and **Excel** * **Intermediate to advanced English** — must be able to communicate effectively with U.S.\-based stakeholders **What We're Looking For** * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail * Ownership mindset — ability to take full responsibility for deliverables without constant supervision * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills * Effective communication with multidisciplinary and remote teams * Self\-starter with the ability to manage your own workload independently * Comfortable working in remote or hybrid environments Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
