Job Summary: We are seeking a Creatio Consultant/Implementer to implement CRM/BPM solutions, configure the platform according to business needs, and automate/integrate processes. Key Highlights: 1. Design and automate processes using BPMN 2.0 We seek a Creatio Consultant/Implementer who will participate in CRM/BPM solution implementation, configure the platform according to business requirements, and contribute to process automation and integration. **Work Mode: Hybrid – Miraflores** **Main Responsibilities** * Gather requirements and understand business processes with stakeholders. * Design and automate processes in Creatio (BPMN 2\.0\). * Configure the platform (objects, business rules, interfaces, dashboards). * Implement integrations with external systems via APIs (REST/SOAP). * Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, and post-implementation support. * Manage data migration and validation. * Prepare technical documentation and train end users. * Propose process improvements and enhanced platform utilization. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience implementing or configuring Creatio (CRM/BPM). * Process modeling using BPMN 2\.0\. * Experience with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP). * Knowledge of SQL (queries and data handling). * Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools in Creatio. * Familiarity with JSON/XML or OData. * Preferred: knowledge of C\# and/or JavaScript. * Preferred: Creatio certifications (Analyst or Developer). **Competencies** * Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. * Team collaboration. * Adaptability to agile environments. **Benefits** * Market-competitive and timely compensation * Full payroll registration * 100% covered EPS health insurance * Statutory life insurance from day one of employment * Career path and professional development opportunities * Pleasant work environment Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Please indicate your academic degree and field of study. * Please specify your proficiency level in CREATIO (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced) and briefly describe the types of configurations or solutions you can independently implement. * Describe the most complex project you have worked on with CREATIO.
