We take a customer\-first approach and are committed to delivering practical, effective solutions tailored to each business’s unique needs. **Salary:** $900 \- $1,100 USD (monthly) **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Answer customer calls, resolve inquiries, and provide outstanding support. * Enter and manage tickets in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Keep the CRM system updated with client and ticket information. * Assist with general administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records. * Coordinate and manage email correspondence and follow\-ups. * Perform general data entry tasks, including maintaining client information and project documentation. * Assist the CEO with personal and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency in daily operations. * Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned. * Help coordinate team communications and schedule meetings as needed. * Monitor and prioritize customer support inquiries to ensure timely resolution. **Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Proficiency in CRM systems, data entry, and basic administrative software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). * Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast\-paced environment. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (Preferred) * Experience in customer service or administrative roles (2\-3 years) * Advanced English (Required) * Reliable Internet connection (Required) **Physical Setting:** Fully Remote **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST with a one\-hour lunch break Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.3,110\.00 \- S/.3,805\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * customer service or administrative: 2 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
