Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Review and address daily tickets assigned to the endpoint, vulnerability, patch, and agent control management queue. * If tickets reach their restoration date, the individual must revoke the access granted in the ticket. * Review daily expired tickets assigned to the “Temporary IT Access” queue. * Send biweekly and monthly notifications prior to access expiration. * Develop an execution plan for security agent control. * Perform equipment maintenance on security consoles and update the Master File\-CrowdStrike EDR, Qualys, Kriptos, SCCM, Intune. * Ensure coverage of equipment on security consoles and update the Master File\-CrowdStrike EDR, Qualys, Kriptos, SCCM, Intune. * Generate automations and continuous improvements for the agent control and patching service. * Monitor the health status of the Qualys agent. * Daily update of the Work Plan\-Remediation of devices with corrupted agents. * Weekly follow-up with the team to validate progress, improvements, and blockers related to agent control and health. * Manage security patch installation. * Free up space in the SCCM console, synchronize the console with Microsoft Update, download and distribute security patches, install security patches on assigned devices, send installation and device restart notifications. * Resolve requests for access to Azure virtual machines. * Prepare reports and deliverables regarding the agent control service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Computer Science, or related fields; Technical, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar functions. * PowerShell knowledge. * Power BI knowledge. * **Preferred**: MECM knowledge. * **Preferred**: Vulnerability remediation and/or security patching knowledge.
