Job Summary:
Coordinate and prepare administrative reports on fishing and raw material, manage unloading shifts, and ensure required documentation is in place.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with suppliers for raw material unloading
2. Preparation and updating of fishing and raw material reports
3. Shift control for raw material unloading to ensure operational efficiency
**Requirements:**
* Completed technical studies in Administration, Computer Science and Informatics, Industrial Management/Administration, or related fields.
* Advanced Office skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge of record-keeping systems, report preparation, and administrative reporting.
* Proficiency in database management and digital/documentary archiving.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative, record-keeping, or data entry tasks within industrial companies or the fishing sector.
* Availability for rotating day and night shifts
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and submit the daily declared fishing report, aligned with the purchase notice, to ensure correct scheduling of plant unloading operations.
* Coordinate with suppliers regarding submission of required documentation for raw material unloading, ensuring compliance with plant-established requirements.
* Manage unloading shifts according to arrival times of refrigerated trucks at the gate and vessels, guaranteeing order and operational efficiency.
* Prepare and update the raw material unloading schedule, maintain updated databases, and generate reports (pivot tables) for monitoring and analysis.
