At **GrowBy**, we connect top talent with high-impact international projects. We are currently seeking a highly self-managed **Analytics Engineer Specialist** to join as the key and first specialist in one of our assigned business verticals, collaborating with a multinational team.
Job Mission
Design, build, and maintain the data model for the new rollout infrastructure. Your goal will be to ensure reliable, scalable, and well-documented pipelines that enable analytics and strategic decision-making for the international business.
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree or higher vocational training in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields (ICT domain).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar roles.
* Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments.
* Advanced SQL: complex queries, query optimization, and analytical modeling (T\-SQL, PL\-SQL, or other dialects).
* dbt (Data Build Tool): modeling, transformations, testing, and documentation in production environments.
* Snowflake or equivalent data warehouse (Databricks, BigQuery): managing analytical workloads and optimizing costs.
* Airflow or equivalent orchestrator (Prefect, Luigi): designing and maintaining end\-to\-end workflows.
* Solid Python for pipeline development and data processing (Pandas, PySpark).
* Git/GitHub or equivalent for version control and team collaboration.
* Intermediate English (verbal and written)
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in production environments.
* Connect the Costa Rica rollout production environment via Airbyte, S3, and Snowflake.
* Design, develop, and maintain end\-to\-end workflows using Airflow or equivalent orchestrators.
* Model, transform, test, and document analytical data using dbt.
* Design the Costa Rica rollout data model following TUI Musement best practices.
* Optimize analytical workloads, costs, and performance in Snowflake.
* Structure high-level requirements and break them down into executable technical tasks.
* Apply and propose standards for testing, technical documentation, and peer code review.
* Participate in alignment sessions with the international Data Engineers team.
