Assertive communication with the study team **Job Description** ---------------------- Complete electronic case report forms (eCRF) for various studies, meeting sponsor-established metrics. 1\. Review source documents to ensure compliance with the protocol and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), thereby guaranteeing data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. 2\. Record clinical data into electronic case report forms (eCRF) based on information documented in the medical record. 3\. Verify eCRF information against source documents at the site, fulfilling sponsor requirements and resolving queries via the electronic platform. 4\. Ensure the quality of managed information. 5\. Transmit completed CRF data to the study sponsor within established deadlines. 6\. Maintain assertive communication with the study team (Principal Investigator, coordinator, and pharmacist) to resolve protocol-related data issues. 7\. Prepare and review reports and presentations. 8\.
