This opportunity is for you if you are interested in managing the portfolio of data services, products, and projects, leading the requirements fulfillment model, and ensuring every initiative is executed efficiently and delivers value to the organization — leveraging the potential of our data ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** Design and implement the organizational data services and products requirements fulfillment model, considering monetization and value generation from initiatives. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the initiatives portfolio (projects, PoCs, ongoing activities, COEs), identify and manage data risks during execution across workstreams (projects, PoCs, ongoing activities, COEs), and manage remediation plans. Validate solution feasibility with Chapter Leaders of respective specialties: define conditions, deliverables, and service levels for vendor contracts. Size the scope, effort, costs, and proposal for data solution implementation plans: validate sizing and plans with Chapter Leaders of each specialty, and design and control response timelines for requirements/projects. Ensure a monetization focus for every data management project and requirement, applying an ROI-driven approach to data initiatives. Prioritize the initiatives roadmap according to the prioritization methodology of each workstream, aligned with business impact and resource availability. Manage budgets for initiatives approved by the Data & Analytics Committee and Central Management (CAPEX and OPEX). Establish foundational project management practices before the Data & Analytics Committee and Pacasmayo’s executive profiles. Apply the data monetization methodology to pursue economic benefits or utilization gains from the tribe’s deliverables. Requirements Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in similar roles. Experience in project management. Experience with Scrum, Design Thinking, and Storytelling. Experience in business process analysis. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Data Modeling.
