Job Summary:
Develop and apply predictive and machine learning models to optimize mining operations, improve efficiency, and prevent equipment failures.

**REQUIREMENTS**
* Degree in Mining Engineering, Data Science, Computer Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
* 02 \- 06 years of experience in similar roles.
* Applications accepted from persons with disabilities.
* Must reside in Lima.
**KNOWLEDGE**
* Programming languages: Python, C\+\+
* Jupyter Notebook, Power BI
* SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
* TensorFlow, PyTorch, SimPy
* Apache Spark, Pandas, Polars, Dask
* Language: English \- Intermediate
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Develop models to estimate shovel queue formation and destination (crushers/stockpiles) saturation before they occur.
* Design processes to clean and normalize OT data streaming (FMS, IoT).
* Implement Deep Learning models to identify imminent failure patterns in engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
* Create models correlating telemetry with topography to minimize fuel consumption per ton moved.
* Develop AI agents using Reinforcement Learning (RL) to perform dynamic parameter adjustments in the dispatch model.
