Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Dental Assistant to support clinical procedures, manage the appointment schedule, and provide courteous patient care, ensuring excellent communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assistance in clinical procedures and preparation of the work area.
2. Appointment scheduling, patient appointments, and patient care.
3. Management of clinical records and billing.
Requirements:
* Training as a Dental Assistant (technical diploma or verifiable certification). (preferred / not mandatory)
* Knowledge of sterilization and dental instrument handling.
* Basic computer system and digital calendar proficiency.
* Ability to coordinate appointments, confirmations, and patient follow-ups.
* Excellent verbal communication and personal presentation.
* Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
* Punctuality, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
* Availability to work from MONDAY TO SATURDAY, 2:00 PM \- 7:30 PM
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the dentist during clinical procedures.
* Prepare and disinfect the work area and instruments.
* Greet and provide courteous patient care.
* Manage appointments, phone calls, and appointment confirmations.
* Handle clinical records and billing.
* Provide support for basic administrative tasks.
