Job Summary: PALTARUMI SAC is seeking a Desorption Operator for gold mineral processing, focusing on gold desorption, smelting, and refining. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in gold mineral processing and smelting. 2. Handling of activated carbon, cyanide, and gold and silver recovery processes. At **PALTARUMI SAC**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing, we are currently seeking (1) Desorption Operator: **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Metallurgy and/or related fields. * Experience in smelting. * Knowledge of carbon reactivation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Au desorption, smelting, and Au and Ag refining processes (preferred). * Availability to work under a 14×7 shift system. * Residence in areas adjacent to BARRANCA, PARAMONGA. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receiving, loading, unloading, and representative sampling of activated carbon and ore. * Conducting intermediate control (cyanide strength and pH). * Performing auric sludge smelting. * Conducting precipitation recovery (gold and silver). * Performing pre-screening and screening of activated carbon and fine carbon. * Correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated facility areas. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to the position. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Social benefits (vacation, CTS, bonus, profit sharing, EsSalud, SCTR, life insurance). * Full coverage of accommodation and meals. * Birthday leave.
