Identification and reporting of hazards and risks in the work area **Date:** May 6, 2026 **Location:** 06 \- CAJAMARCA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are currently seeking a **Diamond Drilling Supervisor** for one of our northern units. **Key Responsibilities:** * Directly coordinate with exploration geologists during diamond drilling, RCD, and related activities. * Manage logistics for drilling operations: materials, equipment, and other items related to the activity. * Supervise (QA) operational control on the rig; additive consumption, daily reports, equipment and accessories, drilling progress, and sample quality. Additionally, supervise personnel on drilling rigs, access road construction and closure, rigs, and auxiliary services according to corporate standards. * Recommend and control additive (fluid) dosage for diamond drilling. * QA\_Quality control of the diamond drilling process. * QA\_Assurance of sample quality extracted from the inner tube for placement in core boxes. * Support in controlling and measuring diamond drill hole deviation. * Supervise diamond drill core cutting and sampling operations. * Identify and report hazards and risks, as well as environmental incidents and deviations from expected results in the work area. **Professional Profile:** * Technician specialized in diamond drilling with over 5 years of experience as a driller. * Experience supervising diamond drilling operations and related work. * Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of validity. **Availability:** * Immediate availability to work at a mining unit under a 9x5 schedule. ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any type of payment to participate in its selection processes.
