Order and return billing and tracking **Position:** E-commerce Intern **Position Objective:** Provide operational support in managing the company's e-commerce channels, ensuring accurate information updates and order billing. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain up-to-date product inventory across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. * Verify proper synchronization between the internal system and sales channels. * Review and bill orders generated across various e-commerce channels. * Validate order information accuracy prior to invoice issuance. * Coordinate and track return cases originating from marketplaces. * Upload invoices and required documentation to e-commerce platforms for proper payment processing.
