Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise, manage, and optimize operations and maintenance of equipment, electromechanical systems, and infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical reports and analysis of operational indicators. We are looking for a professional responsible for supervising, managing, and optimizing the operation and maintenance of equipment, electromechanical systems, and infrastructure. **Requirements** * Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of three (3) years of experience. * Experience in planning, executing, and supervising projects. * Experience in preparing budgets, valuations, quantity take-offs, and technical proposals. * Solid knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and equipment maintenance. * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Experience supervising contractors, suppliers, and technical staff. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical modeling or design tools. * Proficiency in tools for developing and tracking schedules. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. * Ability to prepare technical reports and analyze operational indicators. * Willingness to work on-site. Main Responsibilities * Develop and implement work plans, schedules, budgets, and technical scopes. * Supervise the operation and maintenance of equipment, facilities, and electromechanical systems. * Coordinate and control project execution, verifying adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Conduct periodic inspections of infrastructure and verify equipment operability. * Identify failures, substandard conditions, and risks that may affect operational continuity. * Coordinate the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Supervise work performed by suppliers, contractors, and technical personnel. * Verify compliance with safety regulations and defined scopes for each service. * Manage and track requirements, incidents, and work orders. * Review maintenance reports and compare them with the actual condition of equipment and facilities. * Promptly report failures, incidents, and critical observations. * Track corrective actions until implementation and closure. * Execute and record assigned inspection checklists. * Analyze indicators, records, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare technical reports, maintenance reports, and optimization proposals. * Monitor compliance with contractual obligations related to assigned services and projects. * Coordinate with various involved departments to ensure operational continuity. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
