Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities** * Execute cross-functional informational support tasks and ensure structured, recurring information delivery. * Generate reports for business performance analysis. * Manage the generation of assigned MIS applications, including breakdowns of Inputs, Outputs, and Flows. * Support identification of impacts from initiatives (SDA) within the area, ensuring information traceability across information flows. * Participate in the continuous improvement of workflows within their respective scope of responsibility. * Address internal audit and control requirements. * Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor and promote continuous improvement of the role. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Big Data, AWS, and Quicksight/SQL. * Experience in Artificial Intelligence for process improvement and operational support. * Operational experience with core banking applications and batch processing. * Required competencies: Critical analytical ability, autonomy, communication skills, persuasion, and high learning capacity. Sectors (External Market): Priority given to Banking or Insurance sectors.
