Join our team as **Fleet manager \- Underground** **Your Mission:** Maximize the performance, availability, and lifecycle value of customer fleets in surface mining operations through technical and operational analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, and articulation of solutions that enhance productivity, reliability, and business profitability. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Monitor and analyze fleet performance, utilization, availability, and reliability using management KPIs and digital tools. * Identify operational, technical, and commercial improvement opportunities based on data analysis, maintenance and operational trends. * Generate technical recommendations aimed at maximizing equipment availability, reliability, and service life. * Identify customer needs and propose solutions related to equipment, spare parts, maintenance contracts, rebuilds, digital solutions, and value-added services. * Maintain close relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure development, implementation, and follow-up of initiatives. * Contribute to optimizing inventory requirements for fleets, considering consumption, criticality, and future needs. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, sustainability, and environmental standards. **Key Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, asset management, fleet management, or technical support for heavy machinery—preferably in underground mining. * Knowledge of mining equipment, maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle management. * Experience in equipment performance analysis and generation of technical recommendations. * Ability to analyze technical and operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose value-driven solutions. * Experience interacting with customers and multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis/visualization tools; Power BI is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * A2B driver’s license is desirable.
