Job Summary: The Foreign Trade Intern – COMEX will support the review of collection vouchers, respond to operator inquiries, and provide assistance with quotations and reports. Handling special requests from operators **Job Summary** The Foreign Trade Intern – COMEX will support the operational review process of collection vouchers issued by the logistics operator for export and import operations, as well as respond to operator inquiries regarding account statements. Additionally, the intern will assist with import quotation requests for cost calculations and support the preparation of reports for logistical operations analysis when required. Main Responsibilities: * Manage the accounting registration of all export and import payroll records submitted by foreign trade operators. * Review and follow up with Accounting and Treasury on payment status of vouchers to prevent service interruptions. * Update the SAGAD Customer Field with contact details and specific account requests. * Review operation folders to ensure completeness with all shipping documents and record the review date in SAGAD. If any documents are missing, follow up with INHOUSE to regularize the folder. * Manage the shipment of special export samples, including refrigerated and DGR shipments. * Handle special requests from foreign trade operators, such as agreement signatures and standardized forms to facilitate INHOUSE operational efficiency.
