Position Summary: We are seeking an Aerospace General Manager to lead departments and responsibilities in public and/or private companies, with solid academic training and managerial experience. Opportunity for professional development **GENERAL MANAGER \- AEROSPACE** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Economics, Law, or related fields. (Mandatory) Master's degree in MBA, Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines. (Mandatory) Professional title plus Master's graduation certificate, OR professional title plus three additional years beyond the required managerial or equivalent experience. (Mandatory) Senior Executive Program, Strategic Management, or related programs. (Desirable) Minimum 10 years of work experience since graduation. (Mandatory) At least 5 years in managerial or equivalent positions leading departments with similar characteristics or responsibilities in public and/or private companies and/or national government entities. These 10 positions must have been held within the last 10 years, regardless of order. (Mandatory) At least 3 years of experience in the sector working for public and/or private companies and/or national government entities relevant to the corporation’s sector(s). (Mandatory) Knowledge of Public Management, Financial and/or Business Management, Public Management and Regulations, or related areas. (Desirable) Intermediate English proficiency.
