Job Summary: We are seeking a General Manager with extensive experience to lead and manage a public entity, contributing expertise in management and strategy. Key Highlights: 1. Apply knowledge in Public Management and Strategy **GENERAL MANAGER \- CORPAC** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Economics, Law, or related fields. (Mandatory) Master's degree in MBA, Master's in Administration, Business Management, or related disciplines. (Mandatory) Professional degree plus Master's graduation certificate; OR professional degree plus three additional years beyond the required managerial or equivalent experience. (Mandatory) Senior Executive Program, Strategic Management, or related programs. (Desirable) Minimum 10 years of work experience since graduation. (Mandatory) At least 5 years in managerial or equivalent positions leading areas with similar characteristics or responsibilities, within public and/or private companies and/or national government entities. These 10 positions must have been held within the last 10 years, regardless of sequence. (Mandatory) At least 3 years of experience in public and/or private companies and/or national government entities relevant to the corporation’s sector(s). (Mandatory) Knowledge of Public Management, Financial and/or Business Management, Public Management and Regulations, or related fields. (Desirable) Intermediate English proficiency.
