Responsible for account monitoring and analysis, KPI tracking, audit support, and compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Record accounting transactions with prior analysis. * Provide business areas with support on accounting recognitions (costs and expenses). * Ensure proper provisioning recognition flow and reasonableness of figures. * Integrate and reconcile BS and P\&L accounts (General Ledger vs. Subledger). * Guarantee correct recording of reclassifications and adjustments to BS/P\&L accounts. * Submit monthly accounting figures to FCCS for Millicom’s financial consolidation. * Develop Accounting KPIs (Revenue, Inventories, leases, prepayments, accruals, Other Current\-Non-current assets, Liabilities, debt, others). * Analyze trends and justify variances (VARBOOK) for Millicom and financial audits. * Execute and document SOX/Non-SOX controls assigned. * Provide documentary support for quarterly and annual financial and tax audits. * Prepare account analytics\-variance analysis for financial audits. * Draft notes to financial statements for segments and account groups under responsibility. * Implement improvements and propose automation of highly manual processes under responsibility. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**, **Finance**, **Business Administration**, or related fields. * 1\-2 years of experience in roles such as **Analyst**, **Accounting Assistant**, or **Financial Analyst**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * **Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills**. * **Strong communication and teamwork skills**. **Apply now and be part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
