We are currently seeking **Help Desk Operators** who wish to develop their professional careers in the technology sector by providing support to users of the **Urban Transport Authority (ATU)**. **Requirements** * Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related fields. * Knowledge of: * Windows operating systems. * Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365\. * Basic-level networks and connectivity. * Printers and peripherals. * Incident handling and technical support. * Minimum 1 year of experience in: * Help desk / Service desk. * End-user technical support. * Ticket management and tracking. **Responsibilities** * Provide remote technical support to ATU users regarding: * Windows operating system. * Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365\ applications. * Network connectivity. * Printers and peripherals. * Register, categorize, and track incidents and requests using the Help Desk tool. * Escalate cases requiring attention from other support levels. * Validate proper resolution and closure of tickets. **Work Schedule** * Full-time modality. * Weekly workload of **48 hours.** * Rotating shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. * Work **6 days per week**, Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off. * Occasionally, based on operational scheduling, night or early-morning shifts may be assigned. **Work Location** * On-site modality. * Offices located in Santa Catalina, La Victoria, adjacent to Claro’s main headquarters. **Compensation and Benefits** * Gross monthly salary: **S/ 1,350\.** * Edenred food card: **S/ 150** per month. * Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * All statutory benefits. * Opportunity to join América Móvil Group. * Corporate agreements. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth.
