Position Summary: A prestigious 5-star hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage the organization and distribution of linens, supplies, and uniforms, ensuring proper room preparation and smooth operation of the department. Ensures proper use of machinery and quality of processes A 5-star hotel group seeks to add a **HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR** to its team: * Completed technical or higher education in Hotel Administration or Tourism and Hospitality. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * English – intermediate level * Knowledge of bed-making techniques, bathroom cleaning, execution of various domestic tasks, and basic vacuum cleaner operation. * Availability to work rotating shifts. ***Responsibilities:*** * Maintain organized linens at all times to facilitate workflow. * Organize area supply orders to maintain order and control over inventory. * Sort soiled linens through accurate garment inspection to ensure proper washing. * Efficiently manage supplies by maintaining strict control to optimize usage of allocated resources. * Ensure proper use of sewing machines by following provided instructions to prevent damage from incorrect handling. * Ensure distribution of linens and supplies to guest rooms with strict inventory control, enabling floor staff to complete room preparations effectively. * Assign and issue staff uniforms after verifying their good condition, maintaining full control to ensure all staff are properly uniformed. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
