**About the Role**
We’re looking for an experienced and people\-focused HR Manager to take the lead on all Human Resources initiatives for our Peru office. This role supports a growing team of 20–25 employees and occasionally coordinates with our US\-based team.
You’ll be the go\-to HR professional in Peru, owning everything from recruiting and employee experience to compliance and HR systems. If you enjoy building structure, supporting people, and helping a company grow in the right direction, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
*HR Operations*
* Manage and oversee all HR functions for the Peru office
* Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and internal procedures
* Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development
* Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
*Recruiting \& Talent Acquisition*
* Manage full\-cycle recruiting for technical and operational roles
* Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting
* Build partnerships with universities and talent networks
* Coordinate interviews, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
*Employee Onboarding \& Development*
* Lead onboarding for all new hires
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Support performance reviews and employee growth programs
*HR Compliance \& Contracts*
* Ensure compliance with Peruvian labor laws and employment regulations
* Manage employment contracts and HR documentation
* Maintain HR policies and compliance standards
*HR Systems \& Administration*
* Manage HR processes through Zoho People
* Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
* Coordinate with payroll to support HR documentation and employee data
*Employee Relations*
* Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
* Provide guidance to leadership on HR matters
* Maintain a supportive and professional work environment
*Cross\-Office Coordination*
* Occasionally assist with HR coordination related to US\-based employees
* Support alignment of HR processes across teams
**What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months**
* Organized HR documentation and employee records
* Strong recruiting pipelines, including university partnerships
* Full compliance with Peruvian labor regulations
* Improved onboarding and employee experience
* Efficient HR workflows implemented through Zoho People

**Required Qualifications**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
* Strong knowledge of Peruvian labor law and HR compliance
* Experience managing HR functions in a small to mid\-sized company
* Experience with recruiting, headhunting, and university partnerships
* Experience developing or improving HR processes
* Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
* Experience using HR systems such as Zoho People or similar platforms
* Candidates should demonstrate hands\-on experience independently managing HR operations, recruiting, and compliance in a growing organization.
