Position Summary: We are seeking an HSE Intern to support the implementation and improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System within the Minerals and Metals Division. Professional development in Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) AtkinsRéalis Peru currently has an opening for our 2026 Internship Program as an **HSE Intern**, within the Minerals and Metals Division. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Assist in hazard identification, risk assessment, and determination of controls. * Participate in safety inspections, planned job observations, and documentation of unsafe acts and conditions. * Support the development, updating, and control of HSE procedures, work instructions, and records. * Collaborate in managing training programs, safety talks, and prevention campaigns. * Monitor HSE performance indicators. * Support compliance with legal requirements and other applicable occupational health and safety commitments. * Participate, under supervision, in investigations of incidents and occupational accidents. * Provide support during internal or external HSE-related audits. * Verify contractor compliance with HSE requirements. * Provide administrative support as required. * Perform other duties related to the assigned area as directed by the HSE Leader. **Requirements:** * Formal Education: Student in final semesters or recent graduate in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * English: Intermediate level. * Interest in professional development within the field of Occupational Health and Safety (HSE). * Basic knowledge of: Occupational Health and Safety legislation, hazard identification and risk assessment, management systems. * Software: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). * Organizational, analytical, and technical document writing skills. **Application Process:** * Applications must be submitted exclusively through our corporate careers portal; applications received via other channels will not be accepted. * We will contact only shortlisted candidates for interviews. * Relocation expenses are not covered.
