If you are passionate about **Human Resources** and wish to be part of a dynamic team driving innovative concepts, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements:** * Student in the final cycles of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Interest in developing within the Human Resources area. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to attend in person in **Cercado de Lima**. * Availability to attend Monday to Friday (20 weekly hours, to be coordinated). **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination). * Provide support in updating personnel databases. * Assist in preparing and filing departmental documents (contracts, personnel files, reports, etc.). * Support employee wellness and workplace climate initiatives. * Assist in attendance tracking and personnel documentation follow-up. * Other duties assigned by the Human Resources department. **Benefits:** * Monthly financial stipend of S/ 800\. * FOLA insurance. * Internship certificate. * Learning of key Human Resources processes. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for development.
