Control spare parts inventory for maintenance **Date:** Feb 3, 2026 **Location:** PALMAWASI, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Administer preventive maintenance management and handle resources required for preventive, predictive, improvement, and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment across IDE's industrial units.**What will you do in this role?** * Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan for Industrias del Espino's Industrial Units. * Timely process scheduled corrective maintenance orders. * Maintain up-to-date spare parts inventory control for maintenance activities. * Execute maintenance and CAPEX expenditures according to budget. * Calculate key maintenance KPIs. * Comply with company-established safety norms, regulations, procedures, instructions, and recommendations; immediately report unsafe acts and conditions, as well as incidents or accidents; participate in trainings, emergency drills, and contingency plans; and undergo medical examinations scheduled by the company. **What do we need from you?** * 1 year of experience as a planner or assistant in Maintenance areas. * University or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Additional training preferred: Integrated Management Systems, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, and/or Maintenance Management. * Languages: Intermediate English (preferred). * SAP proficiency, intermediate level preferred. * Excel proficiency, intermediate level preferred. * Willingness to work in Palmawasi.
