Development of pedagogical assessments and communication with parents. **POSITION SUMMARY** We are seeking an **Early Childhood Teacher** to lead a classroom for children aged 2 to 5 years, with emphasis on curriculum planning, safety and holistic care, high-quality pedagogical assessment, and ongoing communication with families. This role combines teaching, formative support, and coordination with School Leadership, Psychology, and teaching assistants. **REQUIRED PROFILE** **Education** * **Bachelor's degree or certified graduate** in Early Childhood Education (technical or university level). * **Preferred:** Intermediate English proficiency **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience working with children aged **2 to 5 years** (ideally in nurseries/I.E.P. or daycare centers). * Experience in **curriculum planning** (monthly/weekly/daily) and classroom management. **Knowledge and Skills** * Ability to conduct **pedagogical assessments** and prepare reports with **strong writing skills and sound justification**. * Proficiency in managing **pedagogical and administrative documentation** for the classroom. * Skill in **identifying children's needs** and coordinating actions with Psychology and families. * Mastery of **care routines**: hygiene, nutrition, rest, and socio-emotional support. * Clear, respectful, and consistent communication with parents. * Commitment to **child safety and protection** (strict adherence to protocols).
