Public Affairs and Institutional Relationship Strategy * Design and lead an integrated institutional relationship strategy aligned with business priorities. * Lead institutional agenda management and engagement with key stakeholders. * Define and channel the company’s participation in industry associations, coalitions, and public-private dialogue forums, ensuring impact and influence. Institutional Representation * Represent the company autonomously before authorities, public agencies, and relevant stakeholders. * Serve as the internal and external reference on public affairs and regulatory matters. Institutional Communication (in coordination with Corporate Communications) * Define guidelines and validate key institutional communication content, ensuring alignment with positioning strategy. * Ensure media and social media reputational monitoring to inform communication decisions. Crisis and Issues Management * Participate in the Crisis Committee as the public affairs representative, contributing to strategic decision-making. * Lead identification and prioritization of reputational and regulatory risks, defining action plans. * Support post-incident management, ensuring organizational learning. Area Management * Lead comprehensive planning and management of the area, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * Manage the area’s budget, including planning, tracking, and resource optimization. * Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators, ensuring visibility and continuous improvement. **You’ll be a great fit if you have:** * A degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields. * 10 years of experience in the public and/or private sector. * Solid knowledge of the Peruvian legislative process and government operations. * Good understanding of sector-specific regulatory topics (according to industry). * Institutional relationship experience at all levels in both private and public enterprises. * Proficiency with monitoring tools (media, social networks, Congress). * Language: Advanced English
