Continuous learning in design and construction execution. **Job Objective** Develop interior design proposals and technical documentation for retail modules and commercial spaces, ensuring aesthetic consistency, functionality, and constructability within the retail environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of technical drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details). * Development of interior design proposals for retail modules. * 3D modeling and rendering generation. * Coordination with the production team to ensure accurate design implementation. * Support in on-site surveys and adaptations (shopping malls). * Selection of materials, finishes, and construction solutions aligned with the project concept. * Design adjustments according to client requirements or spatial constraints. **Requirements** * Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields. * Bachelor's degree or currently completing studies. * Prior experience in interior design projects, preferably in the retail sector. * Proficiency in software: AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp / other modeling tools, and rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, D5 Render). * Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and possess strong spatial judgment. **Candidate Profile** * Proactive individual eager to learn and develop professionally. * Interest in design applied to commercial environments. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Preferred residence in areas near San Juan de Lurigancho (San Carlos Train Station). **What We Offer** * Opportunity for professional growth within the retail sector. * Participation in real projects with recognized brands. * Continuous learning in design and construction execution. * Integrated work with the production team (design + construction).
