




Position Summary: We are seeking an Internal Control Supervisor to verify compliance with regulations, identify improvements, and ensure transparency and efficiency in resource utilization. Participate in bidding committees to monitor internal policies Our company, Compañia Minera Antapaccay, is searching for top talent to fill the position of: Internal Control Supervisor **Responsibilities:** **Conduct process-level reviews to:** verify compliance with regulations/procedures, identify opportunities for improvement within the internal control system, and follow up on recommendations arising from such reviews. Review and keep Antapaccay's anti-fraud program updated, coordinating this shared responsibility across all company departments, with the objective of reducing fraud incidents at Antapaccay. **Conduct investigations to confirm or dismiss:** allegations arising from received complaints; possible deviations identified in the performance of duties, to recommend and follow up on measures that strengthen the internal control system and prevent recurrence. Continuously review and update Antapaccay's Internal Control Policy to promote optimal levels of efficiency and transparency in resource utilization, as well as effectiveness in achieving results (attainment of corporate objectives). Participate in bidding committees of the Contracts and Procurement departments during proposal openings, and in cyclical warehouse inventory counts; to monitor compliance with Antapaccay's internal policies. Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to the Glencore Group since 2013\. It commenced operations in November 2012, following several years of exploration investment aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in Espinar Province, Cusco Region, at 4,100 meters above sea level. This operation enables us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of Espinar Province—not only by fostering direct and indirect job creation and boosting the local economy through procurement from local businesses, but also by investing in social projects targeting communities within our area of influence. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields. Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in internal control, internal audit, auditing, whistleblower channels, investigations of misconduct, or related areas. Experience in the mining, hydrocarbons, industrial, commercial, or private sectors. **Other Knowledge and Qualifications:** Knowledge of auditing and/or internal control frameworks such as COSO-ERM or IAI (Mandatory). Knowledge of fraud management or anti-corruption practices (Mandatory). Knowledge of methods and techniques for investigating misconduct applicable in the corporate sector (Mandatory). Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) (Mandatory). Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and artificial intelligence (Mandatory). Knowledge of risk management (Desirable). Familiarity with certain international standards such as ISO 37001 or related standards / 37008 / 37301, FCPA, SOX (Desirable). Knowledge of management systems: quality, safety and environment, commercial, etc. (Desirable). Understanding of procurement and service and purchase management processes (Desirable). IT: Advanced MS Office (Desirable), industry-specific ERP system (Desirable). English: Intermediate level (Mandatory). Driver’s license AI (Mandatory), AIIB desirable.
