




**Job Description** We are seeking an IT Assistant to provide technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of computing equipment, peripherals, networks, and systems. The selected candidate will assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of technological infrastructure, guaranteeing continuity of the company’s daily operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to technical support tickets, and install and configure software according to established procedures. * Configure user access rights, permissions, and accounts. * Install and maintain computing equipment, printers, scanners, and peripherals. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Provide basic network support (LAN, WiFi, VPN). * Manage periodic backups of folders and emails. * Supervise vendor activities at the Data Center according to schedule. **Requirements** * Technical diploma or degree in Computing and Informatics, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of computer and peripheral installation and diagnostics. * Basic proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * Experience configuring LAN/WiFi and VPN networks. * Data backup practices and cybersecurity fundamentals. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of servers and virtualization. **Valued Competencies** * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills. * Clear communication with end users. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Teamwork and willingness to learn. **We Offer** * Employment with a stable company in its sector. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning. * A positive work environment and collaborative teamwork.
