For this reason, we are looking for an IT Recruitment and Selection Trainee who wishes to join our team. **Primary Objective:** To support the recruitment and selection process for technology talent, as well as efficiently manage key performance indicators related to this process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the recruitment and selection process for IT and staffing positions. * Update the internal recruitment database. * Assist in developing job profiles. * Post vacancies on digital platforms and job boards. * Actively source candidates (candidate hunting). * Screen resumes against job profiles. * Conduct preliminary screening interviews with candidates. * Manage requests for candidate documentation and files. **Profile Requirements:** * Technical or university students in the final cycles of Psychology programs. * Labor legislation knowledge (desirable) * Basic office software skills * Proficiency with Microsoft tools * Availability to work using personal devices (laptop and mobile phone) * Residency in Metropolitan Lima **Our Offer:** * **100% Remote Work Mode:** Work comfortably from home. * **Working Hours:** Monday \- Friday \| Flexible schedule: 8 a.m. \- 3 p.m. and 12 p.m. \- 6 p.m. * **Benefits:** * Compensation of 150 soles. * Regular performance feedback. * Internship completion certificate. * Professional growth opportunity. * Collaborative team environment * Half-day off on your birthday * Birthday consumption voucher Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have prior experience in recruitment and selection? * Do you agree with the internship compensation of 150 soles? * Which academic cycle are you currently in, and what is your study schedule?
