IT Support \- Associate Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Support Analyst – Associate to join our growing team in Peru. As our local presence continues to expand, you will play a critical role in ensuring our team has the technical support they need to succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to jumpstart their career in IT. You will work closely with our local and regional teams to handle day\-to\-day technical operations, manage the onboarding of new employees, and maintain a high standard of end\-user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * End\-User Support: Provide first\-level technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems effectively and efficiently. * Employee Onboarding: Lead the technical setup for new hires, including hardware provisioning, account creation, and initial IT orientations. * Maintenance: Monitor and maintain local office technology, including workstations, peripherals, and basic networking equipment. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and contribute to the internal knowledge base. * Collaboration: Work alongside senior IT staff on projects, gaining exposure to system administration and more complex infrastructure tasks.
