Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide on-site technical support (Level 1/Level 2), manage IT equipment, and ensure system security. Key Highlights: 1. Industrias Altos S.A.C., a leading company in the sector, is currently seeking talent to fill the position of IT Support. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree or Technical Diploma in Computer Science and Informatics, Systems, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in on-site technical support. * Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LAN networks, structured cabling, and equipment backup/maintenance. * Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to resolve incidents. * Availability to work in Chorrillos. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide on-site technical support (Level 1/Level 2) to users (hardware and software). * Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. * Manage users and access rights (Active Directory, corporate email accounts). * Provide basic support and administration for Microsoft 365. * Execute daily, weekly, and monthly backups of corporate data. * Ensure system security and confidentiality. * Perform basic network diagnostics (connectivity, network ports, IP configuration). * Track and inventory technological assets. * Provide technical advice to all departments within the company. * Install, configure, and update corporate software. * Other duties as assigned by management.
