Operational continuity support in demanding environments A leading agro-industrial company is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide timely technical support and ensure operational continuity of equipment and systems across plant and office environments, under high-demand and operationally intensive conditions. Main Responsibilities: \- Provide technical support (helpdesk) to plant and office users. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment (PCs, laptops, and peripherals). \- Configure and install authorized operating systems and software. \- Address basic connectivity incidents (wired network, WiFi, network ports). \- Configure local and network printers, resolving operational failures. \- Provide support and maintenance for video surveillance systems (CCTV). \- Log reported incidents and support actions for tracking and control. \- Assist with technology equipment inventories. \- Provide technical support during operational campaigns or events as required. Requirements: \- Technical diploma, graduate, or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computing, Informatics, Networking, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles. \- Knowledge of hardware, Windows operating systems, and basic networking. \- Experience configuring printers and supporting end users. \- CCTV knowledge (desirable). \- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously. \- Availability for demanding shifts during operational campaigns and urgent technical response.
