Job Summary: We are seeking an IT technician or advanced student in computing and information technology to administer servers and networks, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Windows Server and Active Directory server administration 2. Network, router, switch, and Wi-Fi management 3. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance We are HM INGENIEROS CONSULTORES S.A., a private company composed of a multidisciplinary group of professionals dedicated to providing consulting services to both private and public sectors. **Requirements:** \- Technician or final-cycle student in computing and information technology. \- Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Basic knowledge of server administration. \- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and area-specific support tools. \- Ability to coordinate, organize, and control assigned resources. **Responsibilities:** \- Administer company servers (Windows Server) and Active Directory: user accounts, group policies, domains, and permissions for shared folders. \- Administer office and project networks (routers, switches, modems, cabling, and Wi\-Fi), ensuring availability and performance. \- Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment. \- Maintain an updated inventory of computing equipment and printers. \- Monitor primary maintenance and preservation of computing and telecommunications equipment. \- Provide installation, training, systematization, and troubleshooting services related to operational issues. \- Support technical compliance activities required for the acquisition and maintenance of hardware, software, and various IT services.
