Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician for technical support and operations, responsible for tasks involving computer equipment, projector maintenance and configuration, and service report management. Documentation and service report management LOGISTICALS S.A., a leading company in the technological services sector, is seeking to hire an **IT TECHNICIAN** to join our technical support and operations team. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete technical studies in the field of computing and/or systems. * Minimum 2 years of work experience in Technical Support areas. * Knowledge of computer assembly, configuration, and performance enhancement. * Experience in diagnosing and repairing computers and printers. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office and others). * Availability to work in Juanjuí, San Martín **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks related to computer equipment. * Maintain and configure projectors. * Generate service reports (reporting). * Responsibly manage follow-up on assigned tasks. * Maintain order, records, and control of documentation related to Technical Support and Operations activities. **We Offer:** * RxH * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
