At **VML Peru**, we are looking for a **Junior Animator/Designer** to join our team: **Description:** Elevate the visual quality of daily assets to ensure their development for campaigns. **Responsibilities:** * Design graphic and digital assets for tactical campaigns according to brand guidelines and development. * Support the design of graphic and digital assets for strategic campaigns according to brand guidelines and development. * Create animations based on brand guidelines and development. * Provide the Project Manager with time estimates per asset for assigned projects. * Support the Senior Designer in developing tactical assets for pitches and special projects across various brands. * Propose brand-building concepts for tactical campaigns. * Suggest improvements to daily tactical assets. **Requirements** * Graduates in Graphic Design, Design, Advertising, Communications or related fields. * Experience in advertising agencies (preferred) * Courses in Creativity / Art Direction from a creative school (preferred) * Portfolio of design and animation work (preferably on Behance, including boards of previous work) * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects. * Knowledge of Figma (preferred) * Experience in animation and creation of assets for digital and ATL campaigns. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode.
