Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to provide functional support, conduct requirements analysis, and coordinate solution deployment, with growth opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of solution deployment A company with over 20 years of experience in the construction sector in Peru, we continue expanding and are looking to welcome a Junior Systems Analyst to our team. What will you do? Provide functional support to users by addressing incidents and training them to ensure proper system usage; gather, analyze, and manage business requirements by documenting functional and technical needs; and coordinate solution deployment, managing testing and production rollout. Profile we seek: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Proficiency in Python (Backend) and PostgreSQL (Database) * Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP functional support * Minimum 2 years of experience in development—Odoo or other ERP processes We offer: * On-site work – Chorrillos, Lima * Full-time, indefinite-term contract * Growth opportunities in projects for nationally recognized brands Workplace: On-site employment
