Job Summary: DC Tech is seeking a Level 2 Technical Support specialist to deliver innovative and technological solutions, performing software and hardware installation, configuration, diagnosis, and maintenance. Company with extensive experience in technological solutions DC Tech, a prominent Peruvian company with a long-standing track record of delivering innovative and technological solutions, is currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **LEVEL 2 TECHNICAL SUPPORT**. **Requirements:** · Certified Technical Professional or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related Information Technology fields. · Minimum 2 years’ experience as Level 1 and/or Level 2 Technical Support. · Basic knowledge of hardware and software — Windows and macOS. · Proficiency with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). · Availability to work on-site Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the client’s site located in SJM (Mall del Sur). **Responsibilities:** · Installation and configuration of software and applications. · Hardware and software diagnostics. · Replacement of components in desktop computers, laptops, projectors, printers, etc. · Formatting of computer equipment. · Removal of spyware that slows down equipment performance. · Replacement or configuration of IP phones or headsets. · Configuration of email accounts, Dropbox, VPN, antivirus, Wi-Fi, and corporate applications on computers and mobile devices. · Diagnosis and replacement of peripherals. **Benefits:** · Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime starting on Day 1. · Salary above market rate. · Statutory Life Insurance and SCTR. · Ongoing training. · Opportunities for growth in technology.
