Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage logistics processes, inventory, and operations within a company specializing in the distribution of sports products. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in inventory counts and management reporting We are **SWIM WORLD**, a company dedicated to the distribution of professional sports products and services. **What Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions or performing duties related to operations and logistics. * Knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse management, and inventory control. * Proficiency in ERP systems and operational management tools. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Manage goods receipt, verifying documentation and product conditions. * Manage picking, packing, and preparation processes for dispatches. * Manage inter-warehouse and store merchandise transfers using the ERP system. * Participate in comprehensive and cyclical inventory counts, performing appropriate follow-up. * Analyze sales, inventory, and turnover data to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare logistics management reports and performance indicators, and monitor results. * Propose improvements to operational and logistics processes.
