Track deliveries and product releases to prevent/mitigate shortages in the Ecuadorian and Peruvian markets. **Responsibilities** * Track purchase orders using available tools for this activity (SAP, Fulfilment Planner tools) to ensure on-time supply and promptly report any changes to product shipment dates. * Coordinate with customs brokers to nationalize products in compliance with foreign trade regulations, thereby releasing goods through customs within company-required timeframes. * Monitor the entire dispatch process for products from the moment of release until availability in the destination country. * Process insurance claims for cargo loss where applicable, up to recovery of value. * Renew and track customs guarantees where applicable. * Lead weekly meetings among Demand, Logistics, Quality, and Business teams, providing visibility into supply risks and short- and medium-term mitigation actions. * Track courier shipments to ensure delivery of packages to end recipients (Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Quality). * Coordinate occasional exports, fulfilling requirements specified by the importer. * Understand Organon’s GTC standards, apply them in daily processes and local SOPs, and support trade compliance audits.
