We are searching for top talent for the position of **Maintenance and General Services Assistant**, offering all statutory benefits. **What Are the Challenges?** * Support problem resolution related to maintenance across various school facilities. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of domestic appliances and systems (cleaning, adjustments, assembly, replacement, or refurbishment). * Perform plumbing tasks, including repair or replacement of faucets and minor sanitary fixtures. * Support furniture, warehouse, and other operational facility maintenance and preservation. * Conduct visual inspections of school installations to identify deterioration, leaks, damage, or maintenance needs. * Report daily work orders to the Maintenance and General Services Supervisor. * Properly classify, label, store, and preserve tools and materials used for maintenance tasks. * Perform other duties related to the nature of the position as assigned by the Maintenance and General Services Supervisor. **What Are We Looking For?** * Candidates with a positive attitude and strong willingness to work. * Completed secondary education plus complementary technical studies and/or incomplete studies in maintenance, electricity, plumbing, painting, and/or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar maintenance or general services roles. * Basic knowledge and ability to handle hand tools and equipment (e.g., drills, polishers, brushes, etc.). * Availability for 4x6-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday. * Immediate availability. **Benefits** * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Employment type: Full-time.
